When people ask what makes Louisville such a great place to live, they usually expect me to talk about neighborhoods, parks, or local businesses (which honestly, are all great!)

The other day I was driving around Louisville and realized it’s officially that time of year.

The nursery parking lot was full, people were loading mulch into their trucks at the hardware store, and I kept noticing windows open in houses again.

Yes, I love coffee dates, local events, cheering on my kids, and wandering Target like it’s therapy.

But I also love:
– helping someone downsize after 20 years
– handing over keys to a first-time buyer
– mapping out move-up plans over iced coffee
