After careful consideration and months of planning, we’re excited to announce a major new upgrade to the community…

Starting April 1st, all parking spots will be reassigned based on a “first-come, first-danced” system 💃🕺
Yes, that’s right — residents must perform a 30-second dance for management each morning to claim their spot for the day.

Bonus points for creativity. Extra bonus points if we laugh.

We appreciate your cooperation as we implement this totally serious and not-at-all made-up policy.
