There was a slight downward trend in "Sold Average Sale" price from October to January, but it seems to have bottomed out.

In the last 3 months, that number has grown from $275,503 to $294,343 which puts us close to where we were 1 year ago today.

This chart shows a current upward trend, so buyers and sellers should take that into consideration as we head into the busier months!
