You pay a commission at closing, which is fully negotiable. 💼
That commission goes to your listing agent’s brokerage. 📋
Offering compensation to a buyer’s agent is no longer built into the MLS — it’s now something you can choose to negotiate as part of the deal.

If you're a BUYER in Louisville, KY: 📝
Since August 2024, before touring homes, I’m required to have a signed buyer representation agreement with you. 🤝
This outlines my compensation upfront so there are zero surprises.
My fee can be negotiated directly with you, OR we can request that the seller covers it as part of your offer — it just has to be written into the contract. 💡
