Rates on a 30 year fixed stands at 6.6%

Buyer demand didn’t disappear — it slowed.
That means less competition right now, but the buyers left in the market are serious and ready to act.

Inventory is improving, but the window isn’t wide open.
You have more choices today than you will when demand picks back up — that’s the tradeoff.

This is a steady but rate-sensitive market—buyers are active, just selective.
