We're Dana and Mike, and we launched in 2021 as a collection of inspired furnished rentals especially for traveling health care pros and other folks looking for stays of a few months.

We absolutely love creating and designing these spaces, which are all unique and full of personality. We've met some amazing travelers and love being a part of their adventures, and getting to share our home of Louisville with them ✨

Some exciting news:
I'm going to summer camp!l ... for grown-ups! ✨🔥✨

How brilliant is this? The team at are putting on a camp for traveling health care professionals to play, chill, have some self-care, and do a little learning. That's where I come in!

We bought
to reimagine the apartments as homes for travel nurses, and it turns out a lot of travelers are interested in getting into this niche of real estate and hospitality themselves!

Since my hospitality roots go way back (you're looking at an OG Airbnb superhost here who's designed and created and run a whole slew of fun spaces -- several that have been featured in national outlets -- and taught other hosts how to excel) and we were among the first to specialize in mid-term rentals, I have *lots* to share. 💪

officiel in Paris has a cult following for their whimsical, colorful, and drenched-in-Frenchness aesthetic.

Now, granted, a centuries-old taxidermy shop may not *sound* like a design inspiration--at least it didn't to my BFF and business partner when I sprung it on him by text. 😬

🦋But Deyrolle is a museum, a temple to education about the marvels of the natural world, and did I mention it's so very very enchanting and pretty? Kind of like our OuiOne, I hope 🦚

We haven't posted it yet on the rental sites, but there's a one bedroom coming up next month at The Flats. The resident can weigh on on color palette and design, since we'll be renovating it before move in. $800 per month + $125 for all utilities and wifi, *plus* off-street parking! 12 month lease, unfurnished.
