Why do I post how fast we get loans to the closing table?

Not because I’m trying to brag.

Because speed matters.

Every Realtor has experienced it. A deal is going great… then suddenly the lender needs more documents, underwriting is backed up, communication disappears, closing gets pushed back, everyone gets frustrated, and now the entire transaction is at risk.

The truth is, getting a loan from application to Clear to Close isn’t simple. There are dozens of people involved and hundreds of details that have to come together at exactly the right time.

When you see me post “Clear to Close in 11 Days,” what I’m really saying is that our process worked. The buyer wasn’t left wondering what was happening. The Realtor could confidently move forward. And everyone got one step closer to the closing table.
