I couldn’t be more grateful for the overwhelming support and encouragement we’ve received since opening the doors to PropMortgage back in June. In just a few months, we’ve had the honor of helping more than 35 families and investors with their home loans, and the outpouring of love from our community has been nothing short of incredible. We don’t take it for granted for a single second.
Now, I’d love to introduce you to the team that works tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure every single transaction makes it to the closing table smoothly. Our mission is simple: deliver the level of service and care that every homebuyer, homeowner, and investor truly deserves. We know the homebuying process is one of the most important financial decisions in someone’s life, and we take that responsibility seriously with pride and dedication.
Ailin – An experienced, licensed mortgage loan officer with more than 5 years in the industry and over 500 successful closings. She brings wisdom, confidence, and expertise to every file she touches.
Laura – Our recently licensed loan officer and loan partner, who ensures every detail is managed and every deadline is met with precision. She’s the safety net that makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Carlos – Our loan processor and the mastermind behind the scenes. His attention to detail, efficiency, and care for each client are a big reason we’re able to deliver a seamless experience all the way to the closing table.
