06/09/2026
At the end of 2025 a lot of experts predicted 2026 would be the year everything bounced back. Lower rates. More sales. Easier for buyers.
It hasn't quite played out that way.
Mortgage rates stayed higher than expected. Home sales haven't rebounded as fast as forecast. And a lot of buyers and sellers are sitting on the sidelines wondering when things will feel easier.
Here's what I want you to know:
→ Home prices have held steady — your equity is intact
→ More inventory is coming to market — buyers have more options
→ Builders are motivated right now — negotiating leverage on new construction is real
→ The best time to move is still when YOUR life is ready — not when the market is perfect
The market will never be perfect. But the right home for the right reasons — that's always worth pursuing.
