☕ Market Chat, No Sugarcoating
If you’ve been wondering “what is actually going on with the Front Range housing market?” you’re not alone. The short version: it’s calmer, smarter, and a whole lot more human than the chaos of the last few years.
Homes are still selling. Prices aren’t falling off a cliff. But the days of throwing a house on the market and letting buyers fight it out are… over. (RIP 2021.)

• Inventory is up, which means choice is back on the menu
