🚨A high-flying real estate career just crashed at 30,000 feet.

His LinkedIn profile listed him as an associate broker, realtor, and vice president member of the executive council at Tucson-based Long Realty Company.

Arthur Lundeen, a 67-year-old Arizona real estate broker and VP at Long Realty, went from first class to zip ties and duct tape after an unhinged, mid-flight meltdown on American Airlines Flight 618.

By the time the flight made an emergency diversion to Baltimore, Lundeen bound to his seat by fellow passengers (including a former law enforcement officer), and facing the instant destruction of his professional life. Within hours:

Fired: Long Realty cut ties immediately, citing zero tolerance for the behavior.

Arrested: Facing second-degree assault and disorderly conduct charges.

Fined & Facing Prison: Bracing for potential FAA fines up to $43,600+ per violation and up to 20 years under federal law for interfering with a flight crew.

Court records list charges of second-degree assault and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors, in the District Court for Anne Arundel County in Maryland. Lundeen was released following an initial appearance on September 4 and is due back in court on October 19.

With over 1,160 unruly passenger reports already logged by the FAA this year, this serves as the ultimate reminder: a first-class ticket doesn't place you above the law - or a roll of duct tape.
