President Donald Trump's escalating battle with Harvard University has led to questions about Trump's personal history with the university. Some have wondered if Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump's son Barron Trump, 19, was rejected from the university.

Was Barron Trump rejected by Harvard? No. According to the first lady's office, he didn't even apply. Harvard University did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Harvard is one of several universities targeted by the Trump administration, which alleges schools aren't doing enough to protect Jewish students. Harvard has defied executive orders seeking to influence the school's curriculum and filed multiple lawsuits.

Gov. Josh Shapiro, D-Pa., described the deal between US Steel and Nippon Steel that President Donald Trump announced last Friday as a "BFD," a reference to former President Biden's infamous comment when Obamacare was signed into law.

“It is a BFD [big f***ing deal],” Shapiro said, according to the Washington Examiner.

Shapiro said he repeatedly invited the White House to advcoate for former President Joe Biden to make the deal but he was disappointed by the outcome.

“I talked to his chief of staff, Jeff Zients, over and over and over again. And I was really disappointed with the decision that they made,” he said.
