selling properties. My 15 years of experience running a roofing and remodeling business have provided me with a solid foundation in the housing market and
construction, equipping me with the knowledge to understand both the aesthetic and structural elements of a property. Although I initially explored
other career paths, I've always been drawn back to construction and real estate. Along the way, I also developed a strong
background in accounting and finance, earning a bachelor's degree in accounting and business management with a minor in Political Science from Seattle
Pacific University. This academic foundation, combined with my entrepreneurial experience in construction and accounting services, as well as my 15 years as
CFO of a well-respected, local nonprofit, has helped me build a well-rounded skill set that I now apply to real estate. In this field, I bring a unique combination of skills?meticulous attention to detail, strong research capabilities, effective communication, and extensive
