Sue's Real Estate Sue Lesh is a licensed Realtor with Century 21, serving the Greater Puget Sound area. Real estate has always been a core part of my professional life.

From my early twenties to today, I've been deeply involved in buying, remodeling, rebuilding, and
selling properties. My 15 years of experience running a roofing and remodeling business have provided me with a solid foundation in the housing market and
construction, equipping me with the knowledge to understand both the aesthetic and structural elements of a property. Although I initially explored

other career paths, I've always been drawn back to construction and real estate. Along the way, I also developed a strong
background in accounting and finance, earning a bachelor's degree in accounting and business management with a minor in Political Science from Seattle
Pacific University. This academic foundation, combined with my entrepreneurial experience in construction and accounting services, as well as my 15 years as
CFO of a well-respected, local nonprofit, has helped me build a well-rounded skill set that I now apply to real estate. In this field, I bring a unique combination of skills?meticulous attention to detail, strong research capabilities, effective communication, and extensive
construction knowledge? all of which are critical for understanding property values, market trends, and client needs. What excites me most about real estate is
the opportunity to help clients find properties that align with their goals and aspirations. Whether assisting with buying, selling, or navigating the complexities of a
