Onto the next one!

I was lucky enough to work on behalf of both the Buyer and the Seller on this one as a Transaction Broker. This ended up benefiting both parties and everyone was happy.

Both groups were great humans and I’d happily work with again.

Felt nice to decompress with my Seller over a b**r at Left Hand Brewing and talk about great Longmont memories and shared humans in our shared network of folks.

I’ve had some challenging transactions this past year, but the “hardest” part of this one was pulling my sign out of the ground to take home, wash off and get ready for my next Listing, Coming Soon!

It is very pretty and I’m a sucker for lakes.

While I AM going off to do some work today, Otis would like to vouch for the fact that I still get 100 “Cool Dog Dad Points” for throwing the floating donut toy to Beatrix 1,000x, saving Apollo from being trapped on a rock wall he climbed up, but could not figure out how to come down (so sat down and cried), and picking up Otis’ massive human sized bowel movement so as to keep Longmont Dam Rd the pristine lil’ paradise it is.
