Deal Closed!

This cute townhome in Longmont was the right match for my client’s FIRST HOME!

Negotiated a great credit scenario that helped these Buyers get to a comfortable monthly payment that worked for them, and locked it in with a clean/tight offer.

Their rent price was going up (again) and it was time to take the leap into paying their own mortgage instead of someone else’s.

Now they have a 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage and someone else mows the lawn right off Main St. in Longmont! Not too shabby.

Today was a good day and I loved seeing my clients so happy as the begin this next chapter of life together.

Have a great night, I’m going to relish in the moment of “happy.”

Today is the LAST day waking up in their rented apartment for a couple of my First-Time homebuyers, because they CLOSE on their first home this afternoon and are moving right in!

A modest and respectable 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage townhome in Longmont is their foot in the door to home ownership. (At a great price/move-in ready with Seller Credit for Closing Costs to make it all possible.)

This is huge step forward in their lives that makes financial sense and gives Dexter (their dog) his own tiny yard to lounge and watch the neighborhood squirrels.

We’re all out here working hard trying to give our dogs a nice spot to live their best lives and I’m so happy for the opportunity to help folks through the process.
