Leah and Brian were referred to me from a mutual friend and they were pondering the idea of moving out of state to be closer to family. Our first discussion was to come up with a plan to see if it was even feasible. We talked about everything that needed to happen to line up their sale and the new purchase. It seemed like a lot at first but I helped them check off the to do list one thing at a time. I coordinated contractors to help with any last minute projects, I staged their home, and we took photos early so we could begin marketing in delayed status. With many moving parts they were very open to a sight unseen offer to eliminate having to stay out of the home with two dogs during a weekend of showings. Due to our pre-marketing, the right list price and their diligent work to prepare, we were able to get an offer before the home even hit the market.
