Join the Ohio Chapter Appraisal Institute THIS THURSDAY, June 18, 2026, for The AI-Powered Appraiser: From Tools to Systems, a live virtual seminar via Zoom taught by Jason Tillema, SRA, AI-RRS, ASA, IFA, CDEI.

You've possibly typed a few prompts into ChatGPT or Claude. Maybe even Gemini. But chatting with a bot and actually putting AI to work for your appraisal practice are two very different things.

This 2-hour livestream is built for appraisers ready to move past the basics. More than half the session is live, hands-on demonstration using Claude, Claude Cowork, Manus AI, and GenSpark. No filler, no theory overload, just practical workflows you can put to use right away, all from wherever you log in.

By the end, you'll understand the real difference between large language models, AI agents, and agentic systems. You'll know the four building blocks behind every agent: instructions, tools, memory, and autonomy. You'll walk away with at least three agent platforms you can start using immediately, and you'll have built your first working agent before you log off.

Good news: Early Bird rates have been extended, so there's still time to register at a lower price.

📅 Register today and save your seat in this seminar.

You may have tried ChatGPT. You've possibly even experimented with Claude or Gemini. But are you actually working smarter, or just chatting with a bot?

There's a next level, and most appraisers haven't gotten there yet.

Join the Appraisal Institute Ohio Chapter, June 18, 2026, for The AI-Powered Appraiser: From Tools to Systems. This 2-hour seminar is designed for appraisers who are ready to move beyond the basics and into the part of AI that actually works for you, not just with you.

Instructor-led and demonstration-heavy. More than half of this seminar is live with practical demos using Claude, Claude Cowork, Manus AI, and GenSpark. No theory overload. Just real tools, real workflows, and real results for your appraisal practice.

Here's what you'll leave knowing:

The difference between large language models, AI agents, and agentic systems. The four core components of any agent: instructions, tools, memory, and autonomy. At least three agent platforms ready to plug into your practice today. And how to build your first working agent before you leave the room.

If you've been waiting for AI to actually feel useful, this is the seminar that gets you there.

📅 Register Today and save your seat.

Ohio Chapter Members, your next two days of CE are lined up and they are happening NEXT WEEK.

We get it. The week fills up fast. But these two courses are worth protecting time for, and early bird rates are still on the table.

Here is what is coming up through the Appraisal Institute Ohio Chapter:

📘 Tuesday, June 9 | Business Practices & Ethics

Instructor: Mark Smeltzer, Sr., MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, AI-RRS

🕘 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EDT | 6 Hours CE | Livestream via Zoom

Ethics is not just a requirement. It is the foundation of everything you put your name on. This course digs into real violations, real referral situations, and the everyday practice challenges that appraisers face but do not always talk about. You will work through the Code of Professional Ethics, get familiar with the AI Guide Notes, and learn how to handle those uncomfortable client requests the right way.

📗 Wednesday, June 10 | Fair Value, Market Value, Fair Market Value

Instructor: Robert L. Moorman, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS

🕗 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT | 7 Hours CE | Livestream via Zoom

Fair market value means something different to a real estate appraiser than it does to an attorney, an accountant, or a judge. USPAP requires you to not only define the value type but explain how you applied it. This seminar walks through case studies and real assignment scenarios so you understand those differences and can report them clearly and confidently.

13 total CE hours. Two days. All from your desk.

Early bird rates have been extended on both courses. Full course details, descriptions, and the registration link for both are in the link below.

👇 Register now before next week sneaks up on you.

Memorial Day reminds us what it means to show up and commit to something larger than yourself, even when it costs you.

The Ohio Chapter remembers and honors all who served and made the ultimate sacrifice. May we carry their example into the work we do every day.

Wishing everyone a safe and reflective Memorial Day.
