Responsibilities:
List and sell high dollar residential or commercial real estate
Consult with individuals needing professional real estate advise
Tap into and expand our nationwide referral network
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
Host open houses and other events to build your business
Prepare detailed market analysis to help determine property value
Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
Verify and disclose property facts to clients
Qualifications:
Previous experience in marketing, retail, customer service, sales, B2B sales, real estate, property management, or other customer/consumer centric related fields is a plus but not critical to our final candidate choice
Prior job experience with date sensitive time frames
Familiarity with contracts
Ability to build rapport and trust
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure contract clarity
Skill set:
The right candidate should preferably have one or more of the following skills -
The ability to be HIGHLY personable with clients
A high level of discipline in regards to time management and short, medium and long range planning
The ability to prioritize tasks according to relevance and importance to the goal at hand
Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
The ability to determine client needs quickly and efficiently
The ability to learn quickly
Qualifications:
*Must be willing to commit to the process of obtaining a real estate license OR Must currently be in possession of a valid real estate license. * We can direct you to endorsed real estate schools to help you to obtain your license. For the FIRST TIME in our company history we are ALSO actively seeking NON-LICENSED INDIVIDUALS who have a strong sales, consultative or customer service background to start our training process, become licensed agents and join our team!! All of our training will be company sponsored for the right candidate. We will fully train the selected candidate on how to be successful in our industry using our step by step system.
