⏳ Homes Taking Longer to Sell
In August, homes averaged 42 days on market, up from 35 days last year — a 20% increase. While still moving quickly by historical standards, the longer timeframe reflects a market giving buyers more breathing room to consider their options.

📊 August also marked 12 straight months of year-over-year gains. The median DOM rose to 17 days, up from 13 in 2024. Year-to-date, average DOM is up 21%, reaching 47 days.
