July Market Update | La Crosse County

Here is what the local real estate market looked like in July:

135 new listings, down 1.5% from July 2025. The median sale price reached $347,000, up 14.4% from last year. Homes spent a median of just 6 days on the market.

Home prices remain strong, and properties are moving quickly. Sellers may have a great opportunity in today’s market, while buyers should be prepared to act when the right home becomes available.

Saying goodbye to my 20s feels a little bittersweet, but I’m incredibly grateful for everything this decade brought into my life.

There were plenty of lessons, unexpected turns, meaningful moments, and people who helped shape me into who I am today. As I officially step into 30, I’m feeling thankful, hopeful, and excited for what’s ahead.

Six years ago today, I became a homeowner for the very first time.

Looking back, buying that first house was so much more than just purchasing a property. It was the start of officially planting roots in La Crosse, building a life here, and becoming part of an incredible community. The house has come a long way in 6 years!

Over the past six years, this city has become home in every sense of the word. I’ve had the opportunity to meet amazing people, build lasting relationships, and now help others experience the same excitement of finding a place to call home.

Owning that first house gave me a whole new appreciation for what “home” really means, and it’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about helping my clients through that same journey today.

I’m grateful for the memories, the lessons, and everyone who’s been part of this chapter. Here’s to many more years of calling La Crosse home and helping others put down roots here too.

I get the chance to work with a lot of different lenders, and I can honestly say Jeff Thompson with Granite Bank here in La Crosse is definitely one of my favorites.

Today is a reminder of how blessed we are to live in a country where we can dream big, work hard, raise our families, build a future, and call a place our own. The freedoms we enjoy every day are something truly special, and I’m grateful for those who have protected them and continue to do so.
