Sometimes, if it’s meant to be, it will be!!! These buyers saw the home within HOURS of it hitting the market, and their offer didn’t quite win the multiple offer situation we found ourselves in…fast forward a few weeks and I get a call from the seller’s agent stating the contract fell through. We scheduled a time to walk through the home for a second time and were under contract within 12 hours! Real estate is a winding road…grateful to be on this journey and work on getting this to the closing table!

I remember this Friday a few months back like it was yesterday- it was a day where I was running up and down the city, showing homes, going to a closing, airpods in chatting with so many people- and it was a day that felt like a dream come true. After lots of negotiating- we got my buyers under contract and in their new home!
