If anyone, in the Lancaster area, is looking for recommendations for a painting company.... I can recommend That 1 Painter.
I believe the company was established in 2011 in another state and has recently expanded here in PA. They have great reviews and I did meet with one of their reps in person. They have a 3 year warranty on all of their services.

POTENTIAL BUYERS:
I'm sure many of you heard about some of the changes that were made, recently. I'm sure some of you don't understand why anything needs to be signed in order to see a house. Feel free to contact me if you need help understanding some of these new laws that were put in place.

Just know this...if you happen to find an agent that does not have you sign an exclusive or non-exclusive agreement before showing a property, that is AGAINST THE LAW!

I would be more than happy to explain the differences between the contracts and why it is very imperative you read and understand everything before signing anything. Let me help 🙂
