**Kori's Monday Market Watch**
One of the biggest mistakes I see sellers making right now is assuming the market hasn't changed.
It has.
Not because buyers have disappeared...
But because buyers have become more disciplined.
Homes that are priced correctly, show well, and are marketed properly are still selling.
Today's buyers simply have more choices than they've had in several years, and they're no longer willing to overlook an inflated asking price.
This week's market numbers reinforce that trend.

**And in real estate, momentum is everything.**

In my opinion, overpricing a home doesn't create room to negotiate. It often results in fewer showings, fewer offers, more days on the market, and eventually a price reduction that could have been avoided.
