When we talk about the Kindness Kloset, we aren’t just talking about "emergencies" between classes. For many girls in our community, if the Kloset is empty, their bathroom cabinet at home is empty, too.

Imagine being a teenager and having to skip a weekend shift at work, a sports practice, or a friend’s birthday because you don't have the supplies you need at home.

This is why we need YOUR help. On May 7th, at Libations on Iowa, your donation to the social does more than stock a shelf—it ensures a girl has the supplies she needs for her entire month, giving her the freedom to focus on her life, not her lack of resources.

How to help:
Bring full boxes of Pearl/U-shape tampons, pads, and full-size face wash. Let’s make sure no girl in Washington has to "ration" her dignity.

You may have noticed a pretty sweet painted Iowa in pictures from our Annual Dinner and we wanted to shout out the business that made it possible and the artist who made it so stunning 🙌

The shape is made from recycled polystyrene at local business, Atlas Molded Products. Our friends at WEDG pitched the idea to them and they agreed instantly! Then we wandered down to Brandy at GunnySac Designs and asked if she could just outline our county with a heart or something....we were very specfic 😅

Brandy said she'd take care of it and boy howdy did she deliver 😍 We are constantly blown away by her creativity and so happy to have her in our district. If you'd like to see it in person and take a pic, come see it at Greiner Plaza !

(p.s. a little birdie told us that she's repainting it to be able to use the design on other projects/items so be sure to follow that little bird's page lol 🥰)

All of the gifts were bagged and boxed up and taken to their next home for wrapping! We were even able to make stockings for each kid! Thank you to all who helped make this a success!
