I stopped rushing.

Not because I stopped believing in where I was going, but because I realized I didn’t have to race anyone to get there.

I took some time to slow down, learn, get organized, find the right mentorship, and build a foundation that actually felt like me.

A few months later, I’m a Broker Associate. More importantly, I’m clear about how I want to do this.

I’m not chasing the most transactions. I want to serve fewer people exceptionally well, give them my attention, do the homework, and enjoy the work along the way.

Different goals. Different lane. And I like Anthony’s lane.

New chapter. Same purpose. Greater impact. 🔑

A lot of what I’ve been working on lately hasn’t been very visible.

Learning. Getting better. Building systems. Putting the right pieces in place and getting clearer about where I’m going.

It may not be the exciting part, but I think it’s the part that matters most.

Building the foundation first. So that everything else has something to stand on. 🔑
