Qualifications
- 1 year experience (preferred)
- Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Ability to safely operate enhancement equipment
- Properly and safely use pruners, pole pruners, chainsaw, etc
- Installing mulch and maintaining beds
- Installing sod, turf renovations and hardscaping
- Making sure all debris is removed from property
- Following companies’ policies and procedures

As a crew leader you will work alongside crew members completing landscape maintenance on commercial/residential properties. Typical hours for a work week will be 40-45 hours per week, M-F (with some Saturday work). Honesty, dependability and ownership of work are crucial traits to being successful at this position.

Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to work
