I have worked with Nicole for around 7 years myself being a board member for a recreation center and a board president for a condominium community.

Both the establishments I worked with were in dire need of help especially the condominium association which had been poorly managed for many many years . Having met Nicole through the recreation center, I suggested the condo hire her. WOW what a difference . Over the past 7 years Nicole has turned this community around. Her vast knowledge and management skills, dedication to her work and attention to detail shone through.

Immediately improvements started to happen. Nicole has a large network of contractors, from this Nicole will obtain estimates quickly and implement action. In addition ,discounts are often received . Her dedication means that she is on site, instructing and over-seeing any project , big or small, keeping projects on track.
I was also delighted by the fact that there was a close working relationship with Nicole being available by email and cell phone. This really helped when there was a problem that needed a rapid solution.

Over the years I have worked with many different managers ,not a single one was as capable ,dedicated ,efficient, knowledgeable and above all, hard working as I have found Nicole to be.

Job description

Community Management firm in Manassas, VA is seeking a new Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Answers the telephone in professional manner
Manages the reception area to ensure messages and mail are distributed in a timely manner
Prepares outgoing mail when requested
Presents a professional image at all times
Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
Participates as needed in special department projects
Ensures office supplies are in stock by analyzing supply usage, ordering supplies, and monitor cost
Ensures that the office is clean and orderly
Greet guess
Assists with planning events
Maybe required to run errands for the office
Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE * Excellent communication skills to include; effective listening and follow-up skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
The ability to collaborate with co-workers, management, direct reports and in some cases clients
Experience with ordering supplies
Engaged in daily activities
Proficiency in MS Office
Job Type: Full-time

Inc) display yellow bows, made for the Fredericksburg Virginia National Guard. The Guard intends to display the ribbons to represent 2000 deployed Virginians.
