Jewell Music Venue Building Sold To New Owner
The 22,446 square foot building built in 1900 according to an online listing has been sold to a limited liability corporation for $1,650,000.
The building generated $11,755 in taxes to the city of Manchester according to online records. The LLC in the tax record is recorded as 61 Canal LLC.
The area where Jewell is located is surrounded by new growth including a 250 unit apartment building, HomeTown Coffee, Republic Brewing, The Goat, and other commercial buildings.
At this time Jewell social media pages continue to post current and upcoming performances, and it is unclear if the building will continue to be used for an entertainment venue or redeveloped for other purposes.
Manchester Information reached out the City of Manchester, NH Economic Development but at the time of this article have not received a response.
