The Apartment Association of NH, AANH, thanks the team of landlord and tenant advocates that the created compromise language of HB1336 Regulated Conditional Deposits and also the NH House of Representatives, the Senate and the housing advocates that came together to pass this important part of the housing solution.
The AANH now asks it’s members to contact Governor Kelly Ayotte, , requesting her to sign HB1336 Regulated Conditional Deposits so that more marginally qualified tenants can obtain more housing and so that the agencies providing tenant security deposit assistance can assist far more households by converting their grant programs into revolving loan funds.
