What a great way to kick off my 40th birthday with an early morning closing! Congratulations to the Smiths on the sale of their investment home! This one was unique since they are across the country and wanted to sell their current AirBnB fully furnished! I spent my morning with the Tullahoma Fire Dept at their annual 9/11 Stair Climb. Watching all the men and women climb the stairs for each of the fallen firefighters while watching the original 9/11 coverage is always such a sobering moment. If you have never attended, I encouraged you to go ahead and mark your calendar for next year. It’s such a special way to honor those that died Sept 11, 2001.

Can we talk dinner prep real quick? As a realtor & mom, my schedule is absolutely crazy some days. Tonight I have showings at dinner time and this morning I had phone conferences with two different clients before 7AM, so there was no time to prep before school. So today I found myself prepping dinner at the odd time of 10AM. I would love to hear how your family meal preps with busy schedules.
