The difference is... by the time those acronyms start getting thrown around, we’re not scrambling to figure out what they are or why they're important. We’re already on it.

This is where experience matters. We're not blindly following a checklist - we understand the transaction well enough to anticipate lender conditions, builder requirements, and the little details that can quietly blow up a closing if nobody stays ahead of them.

For new builds (depending on the loan type), that includes things like:
• Certificate of Occupancy (CO)
• Building Permit
• 99-A/B
• Warranty of Completion (WOC)
• Builder’s Certification
