I’m currently going through one of the biggest transitions of my career, and while change can come with a lot of moving pieces, my commitment to my clients has not changed.

We’re at that time of year when some lenders are requiring 12 months of property taxes to be paid upfront at closing.

Please remember this when negotiating seller concessions for your buyers. That extra expense can make a BIG difference in cash to close!

Negotiate accordingly.
