Everyone keeps talking about interest rates, but the real problem is the cost of the house.

A 3% interest rate doesn’t help much when the home price has doubled. The bigger challenge for many buyers isn’t the rate it’s saving for down payment, closing costs, and qualifying for today’s home prices.

Waiting on rates to drop may not solve the affordability issue. If home prices continue to rise, you could end up paying more for the same house later.

The question isn’t just “What’s the interest rate?” It’s also “What’s the price of the home?”

Oh nothing… just thinking about that time I met my client at the Social Security office to help get the right document for their loan. 😭😂

Needless to say, we got the document, we got the clear to close, and we got the keys handed over. 🏡🔑

We closed… and now we’re basically cousins forever. 😂❤️
