The New York City market is showing 0 signs of slowing down. The sales and rental markets are both experiencing inventory shortages where months ago, we had it in excess. Sales clients have to be ready to rock on the spot and rental clients need to be prepared to pay over asking in most areas where bidding wars are common now. Buildings are 100% full where they were at 30-40% empty during the pandemic. NEW YORK CITY IS BACK!!!

2020...

This last year was the craziest year to say the least. I lost family, friends, and the world flipped upside down in snap. My business was virtually shut down for months. It was back to the drawing board. Throughout the year I was offered positions on some of New York City’s most reputable real estate teams and recognized by colleagues I’ve looked up to since I started in the business. I knew this time would be an opportunity unlike any other I will have in my life to breakthrough in my industry. ALL I do is HUSTLE. I am a firm believer in out working the competition, being able to pivot and staying true to yourself. It’s always been my motto.

I want to thank my partner for all of his hard work and efforts with me day in and day out over the last few years. Ups, downs and everything in-between 💪🏼. To , you push me to be better everyday and I love you! THANK YOU to all my clients, sellers, buyers, landlords and renters for trusting me guide you through this crazy unprecedented time.

Today marks 1 year since I lost you, Dad. It has been the most trying year in so many aspects for so many all over the world. I always try to be the happy, excited one but I’d be lying if I said this wasn’t the toughest year not having you around. You passed away at the right time, weird to say, but true. I have gotten peace knowing you went when you did and that I was by your side till the very end, something I’ll treasure forever. I wouldn’t have been able to see you, goto doctors with you and just do the simple things like eat steak and sit on the beach with you. I miss you so much. I think about you 20x a day and still speak to you sporadically. Im upset you aren’t here to see my career skyrocket and experience more life milestones with me. It’s really hard losing a parent. Our relationship was far from perfect but we had deep love for each other although we didn’t always express it the best. It brought me such happiness coming to visit you in Florida and it kills me I can’t anymore. I hope I am making you proud. So much of what I do was to make you proud and show you I’ll make a name in NYC like you did. I have been knocked down more times than anyone else I know and you were always there for me. I hope you’re resting easy, Dad. This picture of you eating steak at our favorite place is how I like to remember you. You taught me a lot. I love you and miss you more than you could ever fathom. See you on the other side, Dad... I Love You 💔❤️
