East River Dr in Mankato MN a day after the city came in and chip-sealed the street. As we can see from this image, we have a few areas of uneven distribution of paving material. The light blue and darker blue line on the right side of the top image are weeds growing out of cracks in the pavement between the road and curb. Green and blue areas are "cooler" indicating thinner areas of paving material and Yellow, orange, Red are "warmer" indicating areas of a heavier application of paving material. Just another fun example of thermography.

We got a really great image from this home. Looking at the front of this house we notice a cooler area about a foot or so in from the side and just below the 2nd floor window and just above the main floor window. What we are looking at is an abandoned air return for the furnace in the basement. The lack of insulation around this vent in wall as well as other factors allow us to locate and identify these hidden structures/issues.
