Downtown Fort Worth is always such a vibe. 1st time I’ve been to the new location and it didn’t disappoint. Bacon Wrapped Crab Stuffed Jalapeños and wedge salad were amazing. The Millionaire Margarita was perfect. Great night with awesome friends!

Flashback to when I first got my real estate license in 2002! I was managing over 40 properties solo at that time. Can’t believe it’s been that long! Man, how the industry has changed.

24 years licensed…but 28 years in the Real Estate and Property Management industry. From assistant, listing coordinator, contract coordinator, closing coordinator to buyers agent, listing agent and property manager! It seems like yesterday. And worked with some of DFW real estate legends. 🙌🏼🙏🏼

This year is also 10 years in the Roofing and contracting space. Time flies!

It’s crazy how people are put in our paths. Yesterday I had a lymphatic massage and met an outstanding woman. Everything that she told me is something I needed to hear in her experience with health.(mentally and physically)I could tell that the message came from a messenger beyond that room. I’ve been so caught up that sometimes I forget my purpose is to be an encourager of other women. To all the women pushing through, keep going! Be proud of you, stand up for you, take care of you and most of all love you. I hope everyone has a peaceful evening. D💕🙏🏼

I can’t believe that this was my first time to hear about The tale of the Starfish! I needed to hear it. I’m sharing it in case someone else does too. Don’t give up on the purposes presented to you even if you have to start alone, even if others don’t believe. 🙏🏼💕

THE TALE OF THE STARFISH

IT ALL STARTED WHEN…

A young girl was walking along a beach upon which thousands of starfish had been washed up during a terrible storm. When she came to each starfish, she would pick it up, and throw it back into the ocean. People watched her with amusement.

She had been doing this for some time when a man approached her and said, “Little girl, why are you doing this? Look at this beach! You can’t save all these starfish. You can’t begin to make a difference!”

The girl seemed crushed, suddenly deflated. But after a few moments, she bent down, picked up another starfish, and hurled it as far as she could into the ocean.

Then she looked up at the man and replied,
“Well, I made a difference for that one!”
The old man looked at the girl inquisitively and thought about what she had done and said. Inspired, he joined the little girl in throwing starfish back into the sea. Soon others joined, and all the starfish were saved.

Frankie is still at the shelter! He would make someone an amazing best friend😭🙏🏼❤️🙌🏼

2 years old • 35 lbs • Perfect size

Frankie has been here since the end of December… and he keeps getting overlooked.

He’s such a good boy.
✔️ Walks great on a leash
✔️ Seems to do well with other dogs
✔️ Calm, sweet, and easy to love

And that beautiful blue coat? He is stunning in person.

Frankie isn’t flashy — he just quietly waits for someone to choose him.

He’s only 2. He should be on a couch, not in a kennel.
