I was recently asked to share a behind-the-scenes look at my business—something most people would never guess goes into what I do as a real estate agent.

And honestly, it might be easier to start with what I don’t do.

I don’t just open doors.

What I actually do is negotiate, manage timelines, coordinate vendors, interpret contracts, analyze market data, and solve problems people didn’t even know were coming.

I’m a project manager.
A negotiator.
A counselor when emotions run high.
A resource when something breaks or needs fixing.
A personal shopper for homes.
A storyteller who helps buyers see possibility and helps sellers show the value of what they’ve built.

Sometimes I’m the calm before the storm.
Sometimes I’m the coordinator of chaos.

And sometimes… I’m the one holding the Kleenex box when a house is more than just a house.

Because real estate isn’t really about property.

It’s about people, timing, money, emotions, and a thousand moving pieces happening behind the scenes.

My job is making all of that come together so it looks simple from the outside.
