Marco Island buyers are still making moves, and that's good news for sellers.

In May, inventory declined by 33% year over year while the number of properties sold increased, showing that motivated buyers are still actively searching for homes and condos on Marco Island.

Home prices for single-family residences dipped only slightly, while condo prices jumped 16%, highlighting continued demand for island living.
