The Big Picture: Remember, city property taxes make up only a fraction (about 16%) of your total tax bill—the rest goes to Fulton County and Fulton County Schools.

Why Now? City leadership notes the revenue (an estimated $18 million) is needed to address backlogged deferred maintenance, replace aging public safety and city vehicles, and fund essential road repairs and facility upkeep.

How do you handle moving out of a home you have lived in for over 30 years??? As I tell my downsizing clients, we will get through it one step at a time.
