Many have asked for pricing lately.
Generally a trailer or 1 story home runs about $100.00 - $125.00
2 story homes $200.00
3 story homes about $250.00 -$300.00
We generally have all homes completed in 1 day. We supply all cleaning materials for the job. We can remove some trash in the prices above if we have to haul ALOT of trash away or household items may cost more for that, (not always the case)
If there is a stain we cannot cut through we will discount the price for that. ( most things will shine up )
We only clean empty homes or rentals that need cleaned before being rented or sold. We DO NOT do weekly/monthly cleanings of homes being lived in. We DO NOT shampoo carpets.
Our availabilty differs from time to time so if you are interested send a message and we will check availability.

With many asking about our services. We generally do a home for $200.00 that includes cleaning and disinfecting all cupboards and cabinets, cleaning stoves/ovens, refrigerators, sweeping, mopping and vaccuming. We Do Not Shampoo carpets. We clean out your furnace/floor registers. Clean tubs/showers, toilets,sinks. We wash windows inside of the house. Clean ceiling fans and light fixtures/globes. Generally $200.00 per home unless it is extremely large or is super dirty it may be more. We will also add additional charge for hauling away trash/ furnitures etc. We do empty homes that need to be cleaned before they can be sold or rented. We do not clean homes people live in. We have limited availability and if you have called we will contact you as soon as we can. Thank you have a blessed day
