A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing guests for another busy summer! ❤️

We’re gearing up to welcome several of our returning guests over the next 2½ weeks as they come to Southern Illinois for the Grand American at the World Shooting Complex. We truly appreciate that so many guests choose to stay with us year after year! While it’ll be a nice little break from the constant house turnovers, the mowing, landscaping, and property maintenance never stop! 🌿🚜

If you’ve been thinking about squeezing in one last summer getaway, we have plenty of availability after August 9 for weekend escapes, family vacations, fishing trips, or simply a relaxing retreat in the country.

Crystal clear water. 💦 No excessive foam. No bubbles piling up when the jets are on.

Here’s why we ask guests to rinse off before getting in the hot tub:

🧴 Lotions, body oils, makeup, hair products, detergents left in swimsuits, and soaps all end up in the water. Those products can quickly cause foaming, make it harder to keep the water sanitized, and shorten the life of the hot tub equipment.

A quick rinse before soaking makes a huge difference and helps us keep the hot tub sparkling clean for every guest. We truly appreciate everyone who helps us take care of it! ❤️

We walked into the house today expecting our usual turnover routine and honestly had to double check if the guests had already cleaned for us! 😂

They washed the bath towels, hot tub towels, kitchen towels, and left the place in near perfect condition. Absolute rockstar guests 🙌

Our only complaint? They didn’t invite us for breakfast because the house smelled AMAZING when we walked in! 🤣🍳🥓
