The world lost a legend in Dolly Parton today and the hurt goes deep. 💔

Thank you, Dolly, for all the ways you supported the Smoky Mountains community over the years.

We were proud to call you one of our own and we’ll miss you. 🦋❤️

Check out this free analysis I got from IntelliHost — it scored my listing against the comparable properties nearby and showed me exactly where I'm leaving money on the table.

Looking forward to fall in the North Carolina mountains!? The air will begin to be crisp, and the first hints of colors will start to flicker on the treetops.

Mars Hill Haven at Scenic Wolf sits at 4,300 ft elevation in Mars Hill, NC - the perfect perch to watch the mountains come alive with color.

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬
🍁Late September: color begins at high elevations (ridges, exposed areas)
🍁Early to Mid-October: color cascades downward through mid-elevations
🍁Third week of October: many lower elevation areas reach peak vibrance
🍁Late October - Early November: color fades and leaves begin to drop

📸 Whether you're a photographer, hiker, skier-in-waiting, or just love a scenic drive - now is the time to keep an eye on those first colorful hints. We'll be sharing updates, photo spots, and leaf-status check-ins all through October.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Another 5-Star Stay at Mars Hill Haven at Scenic Wolf!
"This cabin was absolutely perfect! The location was amazing, and the views were breathtaking (especially at sunset)! There was plenty of space for everyone and the place was spotless! The hosts were quick to respond to my questions and made us feel welcome. Hours were spent playing pool, and soaking in the hot tub! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. Information pamphlets for everything in the area, and tons of games for everyone! The hosts made sure we knew in advance that the roads were narrow and best if we arrived before sunset, which was a great tip. You will not be disappointed if you choose this cabin, it was better than we could have imagined." - Suzanne P

Did you know that Hatley Pointe is open Thursday - Sunday for everyone? Enjoy the action, grab something to eat or drink, hang out slope side, catch live music, or cool off with a gelato while the bikes roll by.
