This beautiful 2 bedroom 🛌🛌 unit has tons of ⬆️ upgrades and amenities 🤽‍♀️ and ontop of all that we are offering concessions!

A concession could look like a credit to interest rate buy downs ( with lender approval), a credit towards 💰closing costs, or even a year of 🧺 laundry service ! Making this already great deal even better! It's like the cherry on top 🍨.

Checkout my other videos for a tour of this beautiful unit or reach out to me for a private in person tour and to find out more!!

$2000- $2800 a month to pay someone else's mortgage ( and that price will keep rising 🆙️)

OR

$2300 a month ( including the HOA) with a conventional loan and you could own you own condo🏠!

OR

Use an FHA with as little ⬇️ as 3.5% down, a 2/1 buy down, and you could own this unit for only $3,000 a month!!

Stop🛑 giving your hard earned money away to build someone else's wealth 💰 and start investing in yourself by building equity and gaining security!!

Call/text me for a private tour or to discuss building towards your future!
