This 2BR already feels like a brand new home, and what with the cherry window trim going in this week, from a tree harvested on the property which also decked out this kitchen island, some lucky buyer will get to move into a little slice of paradise. Showings will start in a few days.....

As promised, another brand-spanking-new Clayton double wide. This one is listed at $152K, and we're paying half the sales tax!! Best time to call for an appointment: yesterday. Second-best time: right now! (Worst time: after somebody else snaps it up.)

The sheetrock finish on these new ones is stellar. The appliances are deluxe. And the upgraded insulation package will keep you cozy AND save a bundle on heating.
