▪️Some Relief in Snohomish County! The number of new listings over the last week outpaced the number of reported pending sales.

▪️This is a big deal for home buyers in the marketplace being squeezed by low inventory and high mortgage interest rates.

▪️Home sellers still need to be very cautious about selecting a listing price. Buyers are willing to wait for a price reduction if they feel the home is overpriced. When a property is priced correctly, in many cases throughout the market there's a very good chance it will create a bidding war that will escalate the listing price.
