What’s happening in our local real estate market?

Here’s a look at the last three months across some of the different cities and townships throughout St. Clair County. Rather than looking at just one month, the 3-month trend helps give a little more perspective on where prices are landing and how quickly homes are selling.

🏡 FOR SELLERS:

Port Huron continues to show a strong combination of steady pricing and quicker sales, while several of our smaller markets are seeing fewer sales—which can make the monthly numbers move around quite a bit. The important part for sellers? What’s happening in your specific neighborhood and price range can be very different from the county as a whole.

🔑 FOR BUYERS:

There are still opportunities throughout the county. Some areas are moving quickly, while others are giving buyers a little more time. As we move out of summer and back into fall routines, it’s worth keeping an eye on the communities and price points that fit what you’re looking for.
