Lamon & McDaniel is growing, and we’re looking for two new team members to help us build custom homes our clients love.

Assistant Project Manager / Punchlist Coordinator:
You notice the paint drip everyone else walked past. You’ll run punchlists to completion, handle quality checks, keep schedules on track, and be a go-to contact for our clients during finish-out and closeout. Residential construction experience preferred.

Material Delivery Specialist:
You’ll keep our job sites supplied by getting the right materials to the right place, on time and undamaged. A clean driving record, experience towing a trailer, and the ability to lift 75+ lbs are required.

Both roles are full-time and on-site.
