It’s not uncommon for us to inspect homes for buyers who are still in the house-hunting phase. In fact, we recently took a look at a property for a potential buyer before they moved forward with an offer and we’re glad they reached out!

At first glance, everything seemed fine. But once we got underneath the home, we discovered that some floor joists were being supported in some very questionable ways. 😳

I had an inspection walkthrough with my clients today, and I thought I would share the importance of a home inspection🏡🔍

Why should you get a home inspection? A home inspection helps buyers better understand the condition of a home before closing and can uncover issues that may not be noticeable during a showing — like roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or foundation concerns, and more.
