32.

Another year around the sun. Another chapter I didn’t plan… but somehow, exactly what I needed.

It took me 31 years to realize that none of this was ever really in my control. And truthfully, I wouldn’t have planned it any better if I tried.

If you would’ve asked me at 21 if I’d make it to see 32… I probably wouldn’t have bet on it.
But today, I’m here. And more than anything, I’m at peace.

No more forcing.
No more rushing.
No more trying to control outcomes that were never mine to begin with.

Life feels a lot like golf now.

You show up.
You play the course in front of you.
You take what the day gives you.

Some days you’re hitting everything pure… other days, nothing feels right.
But that round doesn’t define you. That score doesn’t define you.
It’s just how you showed up that day.

And the blessing is… you get another round.

Another opportunity to show up better.
Stronger.
Wiser.
More aligned.

Grateful for the journey.
Grateful for the lessons.
Grateful for 32.

Inshallah… we get to do it again. ⛳️

As we close out another blessed month of Ramadan, I’m grateful for the opportunity to experience it once again.

Each year, the physical challenge of fasting gets a little easier. But what replaces it is something deeper. The real challenge becomes: how can I better serve Allah? How can I show up with more intention, more discipline, and more sincerity in my deen?

This Ramadan pushed me in new ways. I made the effort to step outside of my usual environment, visiting different masjids and being more intentional about spending time in the house of Allah. There’s something powerful about removing yourself from routine and seeking Him in new spaces.

Even as I celebrate 32 years of life, I was reminded of what truly matters, community, gratitude, and connection. Ending Ramadan with Eid, surrounded by love, giving, and fellowship, is a blessing I don’t take lightly.

A special thank you to my brother for the opportunity to show my family how Eid should be celebrated. Being part of creating a meaningful Eid experience for the kids in our community is something I know carries weight beyond what we can see. May Allah be pleased with us for it.

I pray that Allah accepts my fast, my shortcomings, and my good deeds. And Inshallah, grants me the opportunity to see another Ramadan.

Found mentorship in the game.
It’s taught me process.
It’s taught me preparation.
It’s given me access to people, places, and experiences I used to only dream about.

This weekend in Atlantic City was another one for the books. A reminder to stay disciplined in my ambitions with this game of golf, because it’s helping me build a life by design… one swing, one round, one connection at a time.

I can’t even fathom where this game is going to take me next.

Big shoutout to my guy for curating an incredible weekend of golf, fellowship, and competition. I witnessed what it looks like when someone’s walking in purpose — bringing good people together in a positive environment.

Already looking forward to next year… if I got anything to say about it, I’m coming back back-to-back. 💪🏾 when you stay ready, you ain’t gotta get ready.
