Real Estate has been very trying this year… w/home prices being what they are & interest rates that are not favorable, especially for the everyday working person/1st time home buyers. An already challenging process has become nearly impossible- I’ve been getting buyers, but because of the challenges unfortunately 🦗 🦗 and then there have been a few to just “do what they do 🙄”… so when my fiancé connected me with this listing it was much appreciated… y’all it’s so crazy how God/the universe aligns you with people… when I arrived at Ms. Mae’s, I saw pictures of her family my already big eyes- could have literally popped out my head- 🤦🏽♀️ I wanted to run out of there! I wasn’t in the position to turn down business and because her name was Mae which was my all time favorite lady’s name, my grandmother’s I knew I couldn’t walk away… this sale was not easy, I probably got 15+ offers and they all aligned with the comps I gave her- she rejected them without hesitation which left me lost for words amongst other feelings… she was waiting for her God to do what she said he would do for her, and he did…! After her sharing some details with me, she really truly deserved it and I’m so happy that I was able to assist her… it’s something about working with “dem old folks” that gets me in a space where my perspective changes- they literally work the 💩 out of me, and I be dog tired. I tell LeVar I ain’t doing this no more, but the genuine appreciation that I receive from them refuels me for the next and reminds me of why Real Estate is my passion and not just a job!
