Picked up my sign from my cousin’s house yesterday, and I couldn’t help but reflect on how grateful I am for moments like this. Every closing is special, but helping family hits a little differently. There’s a level of trust there that I never take for granted 🩵
This cutie house had 1️⃣6️⃣ showings, an open house, 3️⃣ offers, and sold for $7️⃣,0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ above list price ✨
From the conversations, to the showings, to the negotiations, and finally getting to close, I’m thankful I got to be a part of the journey. Seeing the sign come down means the job is done, but it also means a new chapter is beginning for someone I love 🩵
Real estate has given me the opportunity to help a lot of amazing people, but being able to help family along the way will always be something I’ll be especially thankful for.
