Making plans when in real estate usually comes with an asterisk 😅

A short-notice showing for a house that'll go quick, a lender call that runs long, an offer deadline sneaks in, etc... But I wouldn't trade it. Every one of those "mights" means someone trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their life. So if I'm checking my phone at the dinner table, just know it's because I really care about what I'm doing. I WANT to be present with my loved ones and I try my best... It's just a tricky balance sometimes. Huge thanks to my clients, friends, and family for rolling with the occasional chaos! 🩵

My buyer relocated from out of state, and to say the journey to the closing table was an arduous one would probably be an understatement 😅

There were plenty of twists, challenges, and moments throughout this transaction that required patience, persistence, and a fair amount of problem solving.

It was also one of those transactions that really reinforced the importance of our fiduciary duties as agents - advocating for our clients, protecting their best interests, keeping them informed, and making sure they have someone firmly in their corner from beginning to end ensuring they get what they deserve 🩵

Through all of it, my client was genuinely such a great person to work with. He handled every curveball with patience & trust, and I am incredibly grateful that he allowed me to help guide him through the process. And now that we’re on the other side of it, I can confidently say this house feels SO perfect for him and his family 🏠
