We're back!!! As we step into a new week, let’s be intentional about what we allow into our hearts and minds. The world gives us plenty of noise, fear, and negativity—but God gives us truth, peace, and a better perspective.

Romans 12:2 reminds us that transformation begins when we allow God to renew our minds.

So this week, pause before the scrolling, pray before the worrying, and choose faith over fear. What we focus on has a way of shaping how we live.

My prayer for YOU is that this week brings you renewed peace, clearer purpose, and a heart that stays focused on God.

Thinking about SELLING your home?

I can't tell you how many times I've had someone ask if they should remodel a bathroom, replace countertops, or renovate a kitchen before selling.

Week 4 of Wisdom Wednesday

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁, 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲.
Plenty of time to finish the landscaping project.
Plenty of time to organize the garage.
Plenty of time to stain the deck, clean out the flower beds, or tackle that one project that's been sitting on your to-do list since spring.

Then school starts. 😫

The practices begin.
The games fill up the weekends.
The calendar somehow goes from wide open to completely booked in what feels like a matter of days.

Before long, it's October, the weather has changed, and that project is still sitting there waiting for "the next free weekend."

One thing I've learned over the years is that homeowners often underestimate how quickly life speeds up once fall arrives. August feels like there's still plenty of time left, but in reality, it's often the last month before schedules become much harder to manage.

If there's a project you've been putting off all summer, consider this your sign to start it now instead of waiting for the perfect time.

Because if you're anything like me, future-you will be very thankful.
