More homes are hitting the market and giving buyers more choice.

In May, homebuyers had more options as active listings jumped 31.5% compared to a year ago, building on April’s 30.6% increase. It’s the 19th straight month of year-over-year growth.

📈 The number of homes for sale passed 1 million for the first time since winter 2019 and beat 2020 levels for the second month in a row, a key sign of post-pandemic recovery.
